My specialities are therapeutic deep tissue and trigger point massage with the intention of relieving muscular pain and dysfunction and pinpointing its source. I enjoy working with clients who want to overcome on-going muscular pain and soreness in order to live happier, healthier, more active lives. I have had great success with helping clients that are dealing with chronic pain, neck, back, shoulder, due to overuse or injury. Upon request, we can work together by suggesting therapeutic movements and exercises to support the sessions.
